How to get a bubble butt - Some tips and tricks on how to do it!

    : Get on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Keeping your right knee bent at a 90-degree angle, lift your leg until it is parallel to the floor. Lower it back down without touching the ground and repeat on the other side. Do 3 sets of 12 reps per leg.
